Customized Massage
Created based on your unique wants and needs. An integrated approach to massage incorporates multiple styles such as deep tissue, sports, Swedish, and myofascial release. Non-massage techniques may be incorporated such as energy work and guided meditation if the client would like.
Hot Stone Massage
The therapeutic effect of heat relaxes muscles deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, massage stones provide a unique experience many find to be calming and centering.
Prenatal Massage
Specially designed cushions and/or side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. A massage can be safely done at any stage of pregnancy!
Reiki
Can be done with light touch or hands-free. Resources utilized are Usui Reiki hand placements, guided meditation and sound healing. Great for anyone looking to improve their mind-body connection and/or explore spiritual wellness.
Lymphatic Massage
Promotes healing as we direct lymphatic fluid towards your lymph nodes and their intended pathways. Especially helpful treatment to support those with autoimmune diagnoses, edema (swelling), and in post-op. This is *different* than a typical massage that addresses the muscular system
